What is the typical turnaround time for a project?
Once artwork is approved most production time is 2-4 business days, unless specified on a particular product differently.
What materials are used and what are their benefits?
Different projects may require different materials, and it’s important to understand the durability, maintenance, and overall look of the materials offered. See our Gallery for Types of Material and Usage.
What file formats are accepted?
Our preferred file formats are: PDF, high-resolution JPEGs or PNGs. If sending AI, EPS or PSD you must make sure all images are embedded and if you have live fonts you must send all fonts along with the file.
Are Canva files accepted?
Yes, you must save them as follows: Click Share>File Type: PDF Print>Check off “Crop marks and bleed”>Color Profile: CMYK>Download
What are the requirements for file resolution and size?
Ensuring your files are at the correct resolution (300 dpi for print). The size of your working document should be the size of the product you are ordering, then adding the document bleed at .25” this is crucial for maintaining the quality of the final product.
How should you handle color modes in my design?
You must create your document in CMYK color mode.
Are templates or guidelines provided for file setup?
See our Resources Tab>Templates for our detailed guidelines that can help you set up your files correctly. Which will include bleed areas, safe zones, and specific layout requirements.
Are proofs provided before final production?
All orders will be sent a proof for approval before the order goes into production. After an order goes into production it is final, no changes can be made nor can it be pulled from production.
When is payment due?
Since all orders are custom, all payments are due in full upfront. Again nothing will be printed without your approval.
Are refunds issued after the production of an approved order?
It is the customer’s responsibility to look over all important details of the design, i.e spelling, graphic placements, size, spacing etc. Due to the artwork being approved by the customer, we do not offer refunds to custom orders. We do however give a small discount to help you if you'd like to have a new order placed for the same product.
